Harold G. "Sonny" White è sicuramente un luminare nel suo campo, ingegnere meccanico , ingegnere aerospaziale e fisico , appartenente al team NASA che si occupa, presso il Johnson Space Centre, di proporre nuovi modelli avanzati di propulsione , ritiene che un motore a curvatura stellare ( nome preso in prestito da star trek) sia possibile nei prossimi anni. Harold G. White, per aprire la strada a viaggi interstellari, prevede di manipolare lo spazio-tempo in laboratorio. Soffermiamoci sullo space-warp, una curvatura dello spazio si basa sul principio che è possibile espanderlo e contrarlo a qualsiasi velocità. Certo non è semplice ma, secondo Harold G.
